Cincy AI Week Is Back — And This Year, It's Different

Cincinnati has been building something. You can feel it in the conversations happening across boardrooms, startup offices, university halls, and neighborhood coffee shops. AI is no longer a concept people are waiting to understand — it's something they're actively figuring out how to use, implement, and lead with. Cincy AI Week was built for exactly this moment, and this year, the event is catching up to the energy the city has been putting out.

Cincy AI Week returns to Over The Rhine June 9–11, anchored by a three-day leadership conference that brings together the professionals, companies, and institutions shaping what AI actually looks like in practice — not in theory.

What's New This Year

The short version: more of everything that matters.

We've added an additional venue and main stage, a dedicated space for training and workshops, and intentionally longer blocks of time built into each day. That last one might sound like a small detail, but it's not. Last year taught us that the best moments — the real conversations, the connections that turned into collaborations — happened when people had room to breathe. We've built that in this year.

New this year: interactive keynotes, extended workshops, AI certification pathways, and an ice cream 1-on-1 meeting at Graeter's (yes, that's real). If you're going to talk AI in Cincinnati, you might as well do it with a scoop of Black Raspberry Chip.

We're also launching AI Certificates for attendees who complete the professional training tracks — a concrete takeaway for anyone looking to bring something back to their team.

The Week at a Glance

Monday kicks things off with community and cornerstone events setting the tone. Then:

Tuesday, June 9 — Full day of main stage programming, breakout sessions, and workshops. That evening: AI Woodstock Networking Social and Cintrifuse AI Demo Day. If you want to feel the pulse of Cincinnati's AI ecosystem in a single evening, this is it.

Wednesday, June 10 — Another full conference day, opening with the Women in AI and Business Breakfast and closing with a VIP Speaker Reception. The programming in between runs the full range — enterprise strategy, workforce development, technical application, and everything in between.

Thursday, June 11 — Half day, but don't mistake that for a slowdown. The Student Summit runs in the morning, the Cincy AI Awards Luncheon caps the conference, and the Host Committee Closing Happy Hour sends everyone home right.

Each day features main stage programming, breakout sessions, workshops, and built-in networking time throughout.

Who's Behind It

Cincy AI Week is powered by Enterprise Technology Association and JobsOhio; with support from Microsoft, IBM, Nvidia, Nexigen, Big Kitty Labs, and a growing coalition of community partners and sponsors including Cincy AI Catalyst, Cincy AI for Humans, University of Cincinnati, Miami University, Xavier University, and Northern Kentucky University. The speakers, hosts, and sponsors showing up this year represent a meaningful step up — and so does the attendee list. We're expecting thousands of attendees, hundreds of speakers, and dozens of event hosts and volunteers across the week.

One thing worth calling out: Cincinnati's big companies are coming this year. AI is no longer a pilot project or a slide in a strategy deck for these organizations — it's being operationalized. The people doing that work will be in the room. Come find out what they're actually building and how they're doing it.
