Speakers We’re Looking For

We prioritize speakers who bring practical experience, clear perspective, and real lessons learned from deploying or studying AI in real environments.

Strong Applications Often Include:

  • We prioritize speakers who have actually built, deployed, or operationalized AI in the real world—inside an organization, product, workflow, or community. Share what you shipped, what changed, and what outcomes you learned from.

  • The best sessions are concrete. Bring a real example, a problem you solved, and what attendees can apply immediately—frameworks, decision points, checklists, metrics, or lessons learned.

  • We love “here’s what worked,” but we value “here’s what didn’t” just as much. The most useful talks include tradeoffs, roadblocks, and what you’d do differently now.

  • AI Week is serious about impact. We welcome sessions that address responsible adoption, governance, risk, privacy, transparency, workforce implications, and designing AI that actually helps people.

  • AI Week isn’t a sales stage. We’re looking for speakers who want to educate, share, and engage. If your talk is primarily a product demo or a lead-gen pitch, it won’t be a fit.

  • Your unique perspective matters. Whether you’re leading AI at an enterprise, building in a startup, researching applied ML, or shaping policy—tell us what you believe, why, and what others should consider.

  • AI Week is designed for conversation. We look for speakers who are excited to participate beyond their session—Q&A, networking moments, and cross-industry collaboration.
