AI Week.
Two years.
Real impact.
A national conference series for AI education, enablement, and ecosystem building — built by the Enterprise Technology Association as the front door to the AI Ready States and Regions Initiative. Year three kicks off June 2026.
Communities, connected.
Workforces, ready.
AI Week is part of the Enterprise Technology Association's AI Ready States and Regions Initiative. It launched in 2023 and hosted its first major conference in early 2024. Two years in, more than 17,000 Americans have taken advantage of free and low‑cost in‑person training during AI Week events — and many thousands more have connected with AI resources, support, and tools. Year three kicks off in June 2026 with the third annual Cincy AI Week.
When ETA launched AI Ready States and Regions, the AI Week conference series was built with three goals in mind beyond bringing people and communities together:
Workforce
Drive measurable impact in workforce readiness and AI fluency for working Americans across every level of skill.
Economic
Drive measurable economic impact for the regions, organizations, and people who participate.
Enablement
Accelerate AI enablement for businesses and organizations of all sizes, from startup to enterprise.
Along the way, AI Week has helped ETA build a trainer and advisor network of more than 100 of America's top AI business and technology experts — covering subject matters from legal, compliance, and IP to architecture, models, and code. This report quantifies what's been built, what's been delivered, and what's on the horizon.
By the numbers.
Verified totals across the AI Week conference series, anchor markets, and partner activity from launch in 2023 through year‑two close in 2025.
Outcomes that show up.
Self-reported attendee outcomes captured in post-event surveys across the AI Week series.
Workforce Readiness
More than 90% of AI Week attendees have reported that they learned something they could immediately apply in their personal life, their work, or both. Across the series, that translates to more than 15,000 people walking out of an AI Week event with new, applicable AI skills — and the confidence to use them.
Economic Connection
More than 67% of professional AI Week attendees have reported that they discovered a new AI advisor, partner, or solution provider that aligned directly with an immediate business need. That's more than 11,000 working professionals leaving an AI Week event with a concrete next step toward AI adoption inside their organization.
Ecosystem Acceleration
AI Week has been the engine for ETA's national trainer and advisor network — now 100+ of America's top AI business and technology experts. Combined with 800+ volunteers, 500+ speakers, and 3,000+ participating organizations, AI Week functions as both a funnel and a flywheel: drawing in talent and expertise, then redistributing it as training capacity, advisory bandwidth, and implementation support across the AI Ready States and Regions footprint.
Modeled impact.
| Modeled Value Component | Low | Mid | High |
|---|---|---|---|
| Training Value Delivered 17,000 attendees × market-rate equivalent of comparable AI training ($1,500 / $2,500 / $5,000 per learner). | $25.5M | $42.5M | $85.0M |
| Workforce Productivity Gains 15,000 attendees who applied learning × 1 / 2 / 3 hours saved per week × 50 weeks × $30–$35 / hr blended wage. | $22.5M | $45.0M | $78.8M |
| New Business Connections Facilitated 11,000 professionals who found a new advisor / partner / solution × 10–30% conversion × $5K–$20K average first-year contract value. | $5.5M | $22.0M | $66.0M |
| Volunteer Time Contributed 800 volunteers × ~16 hours each × Independent Sector 2024 value of volunteer time ($33.49 / hr). | $0.43M | $0.43M | $0.43M |
| Total Two-Year Modeled Impact (2023–2025) | $53.9M | $109.9M | $230.2M |
Training value uses U.S. corporate AI/data training market benchmarks of $1,500–$5,000 per learner for comparable in‑person, instructor‑led programs (Training Industry, ATD State of the Industry).
Productivity gains are anchored to the Brynjolfsson, Li, & Raymond MIT–Stanford field study finding ~14% average productivity lift from generative AI tool adoption among knowledge workers (NBER Working Paper 31161). The hour-saved estimate is held conservative relative to that finding to account for partial application.
Business connection value uses conservative B2B match‑to‑close conversion ranges (10–30%) and small/mid‑market contract values typical for AI advisory and tooling engagements.
Volunteer time uses the Independent Sector 2024 published value of volunteer time ($33.49 / hour, U.S. average).
